Required Skills: -

1. Relevant 2-3 Years’ Experience on Data Centre Infra & Operations.
2. Hands on & Understanding Working Knowledge of Server system operations.

·        HP, Dell & IBM Server

·        IBM Storage

·        Cisco Switches & Load Balancer

1. Basic knowledge of Build, Unix, DB, storage and application knowledge.
2. Understanding on cables Types to be used in Data centre & its connectivity. (Cable Routing & Dressing).
3. Rack Management to avoid Heat Cooling issues inside rack before devices installation.
4. DC Operations & Maintenance-

• Data Center Site Monitoring-(Planned & Predictive Maintenance, Data centre Emergency Response)
• Cooling & Airflow management
• EB & DG Power Distribution management, Rack Power Redundant, Power Consumption (Load Calculator)

1. Infra Operations-

• Device Mounting, Installation & Troubleshooting.
• Cable Laying, Patching, Dressing & Troubleshooting.
• Monitoring- solar wind, HPOMi, HPOM, SOLMAN, Zabbix, etc.
• Physical Hardware Failure Troubleshooting.
• Network failure Troubleshooting.

1. Asset Tracking & Reporting-

• Daily Asset tracking & Report Preparation with Analysis
• Asset IN/USED/OUT Inventory.
• Stock Material Inventory

1. Team Engagement-

• Daily assignment of tasks and activities to team.
• Tracking & closures of Tasks.
• Daily communication on tasks status with closures and ETA.

10.  MIS Reports Preparation and circulation with Analysis

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly MIS Preparation and analysis.
• Report submission to management.
• MS Excel sheets, Power point Presentation, Macro and good analytical skill etc. create MACROS/Use Formulas/ Automating data.

1. Understanding & Knowledge of Electrical Devices, Power Distribution & its redundancy, MCB, Invertors & its Phases, AMP etc.
2. Candidate must have self-initiative, Innovative, Proactive, Self-initiative & take Ownership with responsibility.
3. Good Technical & communication skill with Business and Other Departments Stake Holders and Members.
4. Candidate should be able to provide support their team 24*7.
5. Experience on Linux/Unix and compliance.
6. Candidate should be aware about Telecom Business.
7. Candidate should have knowledge / Certification like CCNA, MCSC, ITIL, AZURE, AWS, etc.
8. Candidate should be B. Tech/BCA/MCA.
9. Good communication in Hindi & English both (Verbal & Written).
