Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Influencer Marketing to join our team. This senior position is open to various job types, including Full-Time, Part-Time, Remote, and Freelance, and can be based in any one of our several locations: Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi, Hyderabad, Thane, Patna, or Kanpur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing influencer relationships and driving successful social media campaigns.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Influencer Relationship Management (Mandatory skill): Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers across various platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy aligned with the company’s overall marketing objectives.
  • Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with influencers across various social media platforms to ensure successful collaborations.
  • Plan and manage end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns including strategy, content creation, approvals, and performance tracking.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with influencers to secure beneficial partnerships and maximize campaign impact.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the influencer marketing team to achieve campaign goals and foster professional development.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging influencer marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as content, design, and analytics to ensure cohesive and well-executed marketing initiatives.
