Position Overview:
As an SEO Executive with three years of experience, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies to improve the online visibility and organic search rankings of our IT company's website. Your primary focus will be on driving organic traffic, increasing keyword rankings, and optimizing website content for better search engine performance. Additionally, you will closely monitor SEO trends, conduct competitor analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall online presence of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute SEO strategies: Plan, implement, and monitor comprehensive SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Keyword research and optimization: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify valuable keywords and optimize website content accordingly to enhance visibility and relevance.
- On-page and technical SEO: Optimize website pages, meta tags, headings, URLs, and other on-page elements to ensure search engine compatibility and improved user experience.
- Off-page optimization: Execute off-page SEO techniques such as link building, social bookmarking, guest blogging, and influencer outreach to enhance website authority and visibility.
- Content optimization: Collaborate with content creators to optimize existing content and develop new content ideas based on keyword research and search intent to drive organic traffic.
- Monitor and analyze website performance: Utilize SEO tools to track website rankings, organic traffic, and user engagement metrics. Generate reports and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with SEO trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure our SEO strategies align with the latest developments.
- Competitor analysis: Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities, benchmark performance, and develop effective strategies to stay ahead of competitors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with web developers, content writers, designers, and marketing teams to implement SEO recommendations and ensure website optimization.
- SEO audit and reporting: Perform regular SEO audits to identify technical issues, recommend fixes, and provide detailed reports on SEO performance to stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an SEO Executive, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Moz, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
- Solid knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO techniques, including keyword research, link building, and content optimization.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website structure for effective implementation of SEO recommendations.
- Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data to drive SEO strategies and decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present SEO reports to stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry changes.
