Job Title: Telesales Agent / Telesales sales manager ( Tele callers)
Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telesales Agent to join our sales team. The Telesales Agent will be responsible for generating sales leads, contacting potential customers, and converting leads into sales through effective communication and persuasive selling techniques over the phone.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided data.
2. Introduce products or services to potential customers and articulate their features and benefits effectively.
3. Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
4. Provide accurate information about products or services and address any questions or concerns customers may have.
5. Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to maintain a high level of customer engagement.
6. Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
7. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions and sales transactions, using CRM software.
8. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets and improving sales performance.
9. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively promote products or services to customers.
10. Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales techniques and enhance the customer experience.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role.
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
4. Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
7. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.
