Job Title: Tele Sales Executive (Food & Beverage Industry)


Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive.


Responsibilities:

1. Prospecting: Initiate outbound calls to restaurants, hotels, and similar establishments to identify decision-makers such as chefs, purchasing managers, and relevant stakeholders.

2. Lead Generation: Gather contact details of key personnel and decision-makers within the targeted establishments.

3. Introduction: Effectively introduce our company and its diverse product range, including kulfis, ice-creams, popsicles, and other related offerings.

4. Communication: Utilize email and WhatsApp communication channels to engage with potential clients and schedule appointments for product tastings.

5. Appointment Setting: Coordinate with clients to schedule tasting sessions, ensuring timely and convenient arrangements.

6. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of confirmed appointments and hand over the schedule to the designated team for further action.

7. Follow-Up: Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless follow-up with clients, including inviting them to taste events and addressing any queries or concerns they may have.


Requirements:

1. Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles within the food and beverage industry is preferred.

2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively.

3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage appointment schedules and documentation efficiently.

4. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and resourcefulness in achieving sales targets.

5. Proficiency in using communication tools such as email, WhatsApp, and CRM systems.

6. Flexibility and adaptability to navigate changing priorities and deliver results within a dynamic environment.


Qualifications:

1. Bachelor&#39 degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

2. Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in food or FMCG sector.

3. Passion for sales and food industry.
