**Job Title:** Tele Motor Expert (Partner Management/ Inbound & Outbound)

**Location:** Delhi (Tilak Nagar)

**Roles & Responsibilities:**

- Handle both Inbound and Outbound Calls efficiently.

- Conduct training sessions for partners on the usage of company products, specifically focused on Motor insurance.

- Provide excellent service to partners, addressing their queries and requests promptly.

- Act as a liaison between the company and partners to ensure productivity in Motor insurance.

- Achieve business goals outlined by the company through effective partnership management.

- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure adherence to established processes with partners.

**Professional Skills:**

- Proficient in Tele Sales techniques.

- Strong capabilities in Partner Management.

- Comprehensive understanding of Motor Insurance.

**Key Requirements:**

- Minimum 1+ years of relevant experience or equivalent education-experience combination. - Proficient knowledge of Tele-Sales and Motor Insurance.

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi.

- Demonstrated stability in career path.

- Enthusiastic tele callers with the ability to persuade even challenging individuals to purchase company offerings.

**Remuneration:**

Salary: 25k per month

- Lucrative incentives over and above the CTC.
