WORK EXPERIENCE: 10-15 years Positions depending on experience

/Projects completions


SALARY RANGE: 10 - 15 LPA (not a constraint for deserving candidate)

along with project incentives


QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic/ Instrumentation/Telecommunication Engineering is a must


EXPERTISE DOMAIN: Technical Projects Budgeting, implementation,

monitoring , execution


PREFERRED INDUSTRIES:Tolling Industry/ Heavy Engineering/ Telecom/ IT ,System Integration/,Turnkey Contracts


TRAVELLING: Yes, as and when required


JOB DESCRIPTION


1) Oversee the project implementation from start to finish.

2) The incumbent will be responsible for overall project planning and

scheduling, resource allocation, project accounting, and control, while

providing technical direction and ensuring compliance with quality

standards. all the areas of project management like - Project Planning,

Cost, Time, Quality, safety Management,

3) Perform a key role in project planning, budgeting, identification&

allocate resources needed.

4) Create regional project teams, and assign individual responsibilities.

5) Project accounting functions including managing the budget, tracking

expenses and minimizing exposure and risk in the project.

6) Predetermine project activities/ schedules

7) Regulatory requirement, contracting agreement, progress monitoring

plan Vs actual

8) Identify needed members for project team. Render every support to the

site/service engineers and plug their grievances in quick and effective

manner. Periodic assessment of the work progress and site/service

engineers work performance at project sites and generate weekly

progress into CRMS To act as prime contact point for site/service

engineers pertaining to work, their grievances etc.

9) Maintain project document concisely and clearly till sign off

10) Conduct change throughout project inclusive of schedule, scope and

team membership.

11) Ensure to capture, prioritize and solve project problems in organized

manner. Devise / reschedule the project work plans and make

revisions as and when need arises.

12) Communicate effectively with the Clients, contractors responsible for

completing various phases of the project.

13) Coordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the project, which

include Clients, consultants, Weight & Measurement authorities,

Clients, contractors, sub-contractors and laborers.

14) Monitor the progress of the Project activities on a regular basis and

hold regular status meetings with all the sub-teams and/or site/service

engineers.

15) To assist with establishment, effective implementation and monitoring

of the health & safety culture.

16) Periodic physical inspection of project sites before sign offs/ handover

17) Ensure project documents are complete and facilitate Site acceptance

tests (SAT)

Qualification in Project Management & Execution

• Knowledge of project management, tracking / monitoring tools.

• Direct work experience in project management capacity in sectors - Road/

Railways / Industrial Turnkey / Telecom projects / Heavy machinery/ IT based projects

• Proven experience to people management.

• Have delivered projects on timelines .
