Responsibility

• 3+ years of experience in R&D, product design, or mechanical engineering (preferably in helmets, protective gear, or automotive accessories).

• Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Rhino, CATIA, or Fusion 360).

• Strong knowledge of material science, composites, thermoplastics, and impact-resistant

• Familiarity with safety testing standards (DOT, ECE, ISI, CE, ASTM) and product validation processes.

• Hands-on experience with prototype development, CNC machining, and 3D printing.

• Strong problem-solving and innovation mindset.

• Ability to work in a cross-functional team (design, sourcing, production, and quality control).

• Exposure to international safety standards and manufacturing!
