Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer with 5-8 years of experience in the metal industry to join our team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in process planning, production planning, project management, planning of machine work. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing and improving production processes, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget, and supervising production staff.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement process plans to improve production efficiency and quality.

2. Create production schedules and monitor progress to ensure on-time delivery.

3. Manage projects from conception to completion, including budgeting and resource allocation.

4. Supervise production staff to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and resolve issues.

6. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of production equipment.

7. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.

8. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.

2. 5-8 years of experience in the metal industry.

3. Proven expertise in process planning, production planning, project management, and production supervising.

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

7. Knowledge of relevant software tools and applications.

8. Certification in project management (preferred).
