- Exceptional communication skills to efficiently handle customer queries and provide accurate information (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in call management systems to manage, track, and resolve customer issues effectively (Mandatory skill).
- Demonstrated sales skills with the ability to upsell and influence buying decisions (Mandatory skill).
- Customer service skills to maintain a high level of professionalism and satisfaction with every interaction.
- Active listening skills to understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently and minimize response times.
- Ability to multi task and navigate multiple systems simultaneously to provide quick assistance.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from customers with inquiries about products or services, ensuring first-call resolution.
- Utilize call management systems to log and track customer interactions and transactions.
- Engage actively with customers to upsell products or services and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain a calm and professional demeanor under pressure, providing high-quality customer service at all times.
- Identify customer needs and route calls to the appropriate resource when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their questions or concerns are addressed satisfactorily.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Report service issues, troubleshoot problems, and participate in skills training as required.
