**Job Title:** Insurance Agent Recruiter

**Experience:** 1.5 to 3 years

**Salary Range:** ₹2.5Lpa to ₹5.5Lpa

**Location:** Remote and On-site

**Responsibilities:**

- Recruit and onboard Insurance Agents proficient in selling various insurance products including POS Agents, Medical, Life, and Motor insurance.

- Conduct thorough assessments of potential candidates to ensure they meet the company's standards.

- Collaborate with the management to develop effective recruitment strategies.

- Provide training and support to new recruits, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of insurance products.

- Foster positive relationships with existing and potential agents to enhance recruitment efforts.

- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to insurance.

**Requirements:**

- 1.5 to 3 years of experience in insurance, with a focus on sales.

- Strong knowledge of POS Agents, Medical, Life, and Motor insurance products.

- Recruitment skills to identify, attract, and onboard suitable candidates.

- Minimum qualification of 12th pass.

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
