Job Overview

Aces Global Consulting Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our team. As a Human Resources Intern, you will be responsible for supporting various HR functions and gaining hands-on experience in recruitment, hiring, and employee relations. This is a great opportunity to learn and grow in the field of HR.

Qualifications and Skills

• Fresher with less than 1 year of experience in HR or related field
• Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to coordinate with clients and candidates
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and follow up on the progress
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and conducting orientation sessions
• Update and maintain employee records in the HR database
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events
• Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned
