Job Overview

This is a full-time role based in Delhi, Delhi, India. Aces Global Consulting Pvt Ltd is looking for a HR professional with less than 1 year of experience. As the HR representative, you will be responsible for various HR activities such as recruiting, hiring, screening resumes, and managing employee data. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant field
• Fresher with less than 1 year of experience in HR
• Knowledge of recruitment techniques and applicant tracking systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other HR software
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and selection process
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates for various job roles
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and qualifications
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and create job descriptions
• Manage employee data and maintain HR records
• Assist in onboarding and orientation of new employees
• Handle employee queries and grievances
• Oversee performance appraisal process and provide feedback to employees
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Support in organizing training and development programs
