Job Overview


We are looking for an experienced HR Manager - Training to join our client (Food industry). As the HR Manager - Training, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. You will play a crucial role in fostering employee engagement and promoting a positive work culture. This is a full-time position based in Delhi, Delhi, India, and requires 1 to 3 years of experience in the HR field.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1-3 years of experience in HR training or related roles.
  • Knowledge of training methodologies, techniques, and tools.
  • Strong understanding of employee engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage and coordinate training programs.
  • Familiarity with HR processes and best practices.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Good team management and leadership skills.
  • Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition is a plus.
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Design and develop training programs tailored to the needs of different departments and positions within the organization.
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate training methods.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to schedule and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  • Create and maintain training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.
  • Assist in the onboarding process by conducting orientation sessions and providing training to new employees.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and evaluate the impact of programs through feedback and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify performance improvement opportunities and provide targeted training solutions.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and team-building events to foster a positive work environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
  • Handle HR-related tasks, such as recruitment, performance management, and employee relations, as needed.
