We are looking for a Female Telecaller to join our team in Delhi. This is a full-time position suitable for freshers with 0 to 1 year of work experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and will be responsible for handling outbound sales calls and maintaining customer relationships.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent communication skills (Mandatory skill)
• Active listening to understand and address customer needs effectively
• Problem-solving abilities to handle customer queries and issues
• Experience in working with investors, although fresher applications are also welcome
• Outbound sales skills to effectively sell and promote products or services
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage customer interactions
• Knowledge of the liquor industry to provide informed recommendations and solutions
• A proactive and positive attitude to achieve targets and contribute to team success

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services
• Maintain thorough and accurate records of customer interactions in CRM software
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and effective manner
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and goals
• Provide informed recommendations to customers based on a deep understanding of the liquor industry
• Gather and document customer feedback to continuously improve service quality
• Regularly update and maintain customer databases to ensure information accuracy
