Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Export Manager to join our team. The Export Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the export process, ensuring shipments are in compliance with customs regulations, maintaining accurate shipping records, and fostering strong relationships with international customers and partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our export market and achieve sales goals.
  • Identify and evaluate international business opportunities.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with international customers and distributors.
  • Coordinate and oversee the preparation of export documentation, including invoices, shipping documents, and customs declarations.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and requirements.
  • Collaborate with logistics companies and freight forwarders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of shipments.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and threats.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers, distributors, and partners.
  • Provide guidance and support to sales and marketing teams regarding international market requirements and opportunities.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates on export sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.

 

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as an Export Manager or in a similar role within the liquor industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software (experience with export management software is a plus).
