Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Domestic Travel Agent to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking domestic

travel arrangements, ensuring smooth and hassle-free experiences. This role requires

excellent customer service, strong organizational skills, and a thorough understanding of

domestic travel destinations, regulations, and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

 Assist clients in planning and booking domestic travel, including flights,

accommodations, transportation, and travel insurance.

 Provide expert advice on travel destinations, routes, and seasonal promotions.

 Customize travel itineraries based on client preferences and budgets.

 Ensure compliance with local travel regulations and industry standards.

 Handle travel-related inquiries, cancellations, and rescheduling.

 Maintain strong relationships with airlines, hotels, and other travel service providers.

 Stay updated on industry trends, promotions, and travel advisories.

 Process payments, invoices, and ensure accurate documentation for each booking.

 Deliver excellent customer service and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

 Proven experience as a Domestic Travel Agent or in a similar role.

 Strong knowledge of domestic travel destinations, airlines, and travel packages.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

 Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

 Customer service-oriented with a keen attention to detail.

 Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).

 Certification from IATA, ASTA, or other relevant travel organizations is a plus.
