**Job Title:** Cluster Manager (D2D)

**Level Description:** Follows defined procedures and receives direction from the manager. Works independently on routine tasks. Exercises limited discretion within established guidelines. Functions as a Team Member. Growing ability to apply general principles and standard techniques/procedures. Sets specific standards/objectives for self and team members/allocated resources. Influences others during internal/external communication. Manages Mid-Size teams (~7 – 8). **Objective:** Lead a team of Relationship Managers (RMs) and develop/manage the Direct-to-Door (D2D) Point of Sale (POS) Channel in the assigned geography.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **D2D Channel/POS Development:** - Assist employees in sourcing/servicing D2D POS Agents as per agreed mix and policy. - Develop D2D Channel/POS in the assigned location. - Coordinate with Operations team for pre-licensing, training, and licensing. - Conduct induction training and coordinate with sales training team for product and ongoing training for POS. - Maintain the agreed mix of new D2D/POS. - Develop and execute strategies to reach various market segments.

2. **D2D Channel/POS Management:** - Monitor Dealers' performance on common variables of segment way to the market - Renewal/Fresh database, funnel, and closures. - Maintain a high active percentage of POS/Dealer. - Control attrition of POS Dealers. - Ensure high productivity of the team and POS and manage the right level of channel engagement with the POS.

3. **Channel Servicing:** - Reconciliation of partner accounts and coordination with all departments for the same.

4. **Profitability:** - Work on various market dynamics and provide feedback for improvement in the internal organization. - Manage loss ratios.

5. **Compliance & Hygiene of Business:** - Ensure compliance with external bodies and other authorities. - Ensure internal compliance.

**Qualification:** - MBA from a business school/University degree. - Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Insurance Agency Sales.
