Job Title: Certification Manager for our Quality Control Certification

  Job description:

• Understand and communicate requirements from QCC (Quality Control Certification) Global Technical Hub (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, ISO 17021 etc.) to Local Unit

• Support auditors with technical rejections for all QCC schemes (Local and GTH)

• Responsible to ensure audits are being performed per, 17021 and other relevant requirements

• Support Operations & Sales with QCC and local schemes technical questions

• Support Customers with technical information

• Management of Subcontract auditors under QCC schemes

• Support in Delivering Witness Audits, if applicable

• Manage Onboarding of New Auditors including qualification approvals

• Provide auditors with Training/Consistency/Industry Updates

• Support in Delivery of Annual Training requirements to Auditors

• Support on Accreditation Body Audits as needed

What is Required 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• 5+years’ work experience with the relevant certification scheme; ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, as well as ISO 27001, ISO 20000, ISO 17021

• Demonstrate the ability to interpret technical requirements and/or accreditation rules and apply them to their respective industry during administrative/technical reviews of documentation

• Individual must have high initiative, be positive, detail oriented, be adaptive and receptive to change, work well under pressure within tight deadlines and capable of working with minimal direction while ensuring quality output

• Ability to think creatively and to work well both as part of a team and as an individual contributor

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access

• Strong written and verbal English communication.
