Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in preparing and analyzing daily sales reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in submission.
- Ability to manage and follow up on payment calls, ensuring prompt resolutions and client satisfaction.
- Expertise in preparing detailed data documentation relating to bank guarantees and letters of credit efficiently.
- Strong analytical skills to handle data preparation related to exports, ensuring compliance and regulatory adherence.
- Capability to compile and maintain a detailed list of debtors, ensuring accuracy in financial records and reporting.
- Proficient in creating detailed documentation of bills raised for various projects, maintaining comprehensive records.
- Experience in preparing and maintaining details of letters of credit and bank guarantees issued by the company.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate smooth internal and external communication.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare daily sales reports and ensure accurate data entry and reporting to management.
- Conduct calling of payments, engage with clients to collect payments, and resolve issues promptly.
- Compile detailed data relating to bank guarantees and letters of credit, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date.
- Prepare export data and ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
- Maintain a comprehensive list of debtors and outstanding payments, enabling effective financial management.
- Create and manage detailed records of bills raised for various projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Document and manage details of letters of credit and bank guarantees issued by the organization meticulously.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure all transactional processes are efficient and problem-free.
