Position Title: Associate

Department: BAS Management Consulting

Reporting Manager: Assistant Manager

Experience: 2-4 years. Consulting experience is preferable. Candidates without

consulting experience will be considered only if exceptionally strong

capability, expertise or agility is demonstrated.

Qualification: Post-graduate from reputed institute, preferably in management,

economics, public policy, strategy, with graduation in science,

economics or management. MBA/ MA(Economics) candidates will get

preference. Some background on working with the public & private

sector including academic institutions in building strategy,

implementation, obtaining approvals & introducing technology will be

an added advantage.

Core Risk Advisory Roles

Responsibilities:  

 Development of compelling concepts and proposals

 Primary/secondary research and high-quality analysis using appropriate tools

 Development of presentations and reports

 Delivery of engagements, including innovative approaches to solutions

 Collaborative work in a team through knowledge exchange

 Exceptional client service

 Participate in development of new solutions

 Additional responsibilities for candidates at senior levels

 Sound project management, ensuring timely client delivery, billing &; collection

 Building strong relationships with clients & government
