Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Air Ticketing Agent to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling flight bookings, ticket reservations,

cancellations, and modifications. This role requires strong knowledge of airline ticketing

systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide top-tier customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

 Book and confirm flight tickets for domestic and international travel.

 Process ticket cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds as per airline policies.

 Provide information on flight schedules, fares, and travel regulations.

 Use Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo for

bookings.

 Assist clients with visa, baggage, and other airline-related inquiries.

 Stay updated with airline promotions, discounts, and policy changes.

 Handle travel-related emergencies and provide prompt assistance to clients.

 Ensure accurate documentation and maintain records of all transactions.

 Deliver excellent customer service and follow up to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

 Proven experience as an Air Ticketing Agent or in a similar role.

 Proficiency in using GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.).

 Strong knowledge of airline ticketing rules and travel regulations.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

 Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

 Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).

 Certification from IATA or other relevant travel organizations is a plus.
