Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to

join our telecom team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing

our existing client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer

satisfaction. This role requires a deep understanding of the telecom industry, excellent

communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and account management.


Key Responsibilities:


 Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

 Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring

satisfaction.

 Regularly review account performance and provide strategic recommendations.

 Understand clients' business needs and provide tailored solutions.

 Work closely with internal teams, including product development, and customer support.

 Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

 Self-motivated and results oriented.

 Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

 Strong organizational and time management skills.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven expertise in client relationship management (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong sales strategy skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Experience in account planning and managing client portfolios effectively.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to secure favourable terms for both clients and the company.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interactions.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities to address and resolve client issues promptly.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret client data and inform decision-making.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Create and implement effective sales strategies to secure new business opportunities and grow client accounts.
  • Conduct thorough account planning to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns or issues.
  • Analize client data to identify trends, generate insights, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and prepare reports for senior management.
