Job Summary:

The Account Audit Executive will be responsible for auditing financial

transactions, managing billing processes, and verifying Bills of Materials (BOM). The ideal

candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and a keen eye for

detail. This role offers a competitive salary in the range of 30,000 to 40,000 INR per month.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Auditing:

o Conduct thorough audits of financial transactions to ensure accuracy and

compliance with company policies and regulations.

o Identify discrepancies, errors, and potential fraud, and recommend corrective

actions.

2. Billing Management:

o Oversee the billing process, ensuring all invoices are accurate, complete, and

issued in a timely manner.

o Reconcile billing records with financial statements and resolve any discrepancies.

3. BOM Verification:

o Verify and audit the Bills of Materials (BOM) for accuracy and completeness.

o Ensure that all components and materials listed in the BOM are correctly

accounted for in the financial records.

4. Transaction Handling:

o Monitor and manage daily financial transactions, including payments, receipts,

and journal entries.

o Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and in accordance with accounting

principles.

5. Reporting and Analysis:

o Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management.

o Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for

improvement.

6. Compliance and Documentation:

o Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.

o Maintain accurate and up-to-date audit documentation and records.

Qualifications:

 Education: Bachelor' s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A professional

certification MBA in Finance is a plus.

 Experience: 3-5 years of experience in accounting and auditing, preferably within the

manufacturing industry.

 Technical Skills:

o Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.

o Strong knowledge of financial auditing standards and practices.

o Experience with BOM verification and billing processes.

 Soft Skills:

o Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

o Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

o Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

o High level of integrity and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

 Experience in the manufacturing sector, specifically in the automotive or helmet industry.

 Knowledge of GST and other relevant tax regulations.
