Job Title: Lead Strategy and Executive Assistant to MD

Work Location: Delhi

Division/Department: Strategy

Reports to: Head – MD

Salary: 40 to 45k Monthly


Knowledge Requirements:


  • Must have good communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of customer support
  • Comfortable with MS Office software and should be very good in Excel & PowerPoint.


Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the MD and senior management team to develop, refine, and implement the organization's short-term and long-term strategies. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.

 

  • Business Development: Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities, partnerships, and investments. Prepare comprehensive business cases and presentations to present to the MD for consideration.

 

  • Project Management: Oversee the execution of strategic projects and initiatives. Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet established objectives.

 

  • Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the MD, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence. Act as a gatekeeper, prioritizing requests and managing access to the MD's time.

 

  • Communication: Prepare and review reports, presentations, and communication materials on behalf of the MD. Ensure accurate and timely dissemination of information to internal and external stakeholders.

 

  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.

 

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams. Represent the MD and the organization in a professional and positive manner.

 

  • Event Management: Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and other gatherings as required.

 

  • Financial Oversight: Support the MD in financial management, budgeting, and expense tracking.

 

 

General Responsibilities:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a senior management capacity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using productivity tools and software.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
