Job Overview
Accure Medical Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a GEM Portal Tender Executive Consultant for a full-time, junior-level position based in Noida. This role demands 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for effectively managing tender processes on the GEM portal, ensuring compliance with company procedures and maintaining strong communication with potential buyers and stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: 6 months -03 years
- Education: Graduates Or Biomedical Engineering
- Proven experience in tendering, preferably in the infrastructure or construction sector.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written communication skills to draft, revise, and finalize communication documents related to GEM tenders (Mandatory skill).
- Proven negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and engage effectively with vendors (Mandatory skill).
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders (Mandatory skill).
- Attention to detail for reviewing and analyzing tender specifications and submissions to ensure no errors.
- Analytical thinking to evaluate tender documents and make strategic decisions based on market trends.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet multiple deadlines effectively.
- Capability to conduct market research, identify opportunities, and gather insights for competitive advantage.
- Basic legal knowledge related to tenders and contracts to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
Roles and Responsibilities
· - Identify Tender and read eligibility criteria with technical and financial then prepare a summary
· - Keeping records of all the Tenders published by the department and uploading/submitting the general, technical, financial documents through online and offline platforms. Knowledge on GEM tendering and E-procurement portals i.e UPMSCL, JKMSCL, RMSCL, MPHSCL.
· - Manage bidding process from consortiums with partner firms, prepare bid documents, follow-up with client/ partners till bid is submitted.
· Searching of Tenders through online and GEM portal on regular basis and identifying which contracts may be of interest to the company.
· - Documents scan & upload, BOQ- calculation.
· - Coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering/bidding activities, and pre-qualifications.
· - Follow up with Vendors/ OEM's/ departments/ clients
· - Vendor Registration & Maintaining Vendor Relationship for better pricing.
· - Follow up- All mail, (EPBG) - Bank Guarantee, EMD Release, Material Dispatch, payment & other deductions.
· - Follow up for Pending payments to the customers
· - Tracking sales orders to ensure that they are scheduled and sent out on time.
- - Maintains daily contact and interaction with customer account managers, takes customer orders and creates internal sales orders, check the status of shipments, coordinate (externally and internally) customer requested changes, prepares and provides customer order documentation (e.g. invoices, tracking number, etc.) and communicates customer requirements internally.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of GEM portal tenders, from publishing to final submission.
- Ensure timely response to tenders and maintain a calendar of upcoming opportunities and deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information and compile comprehensive bid documents.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of tender requirements and prepare competitive proposals accordingly.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of GEM portal regulations and update the team on any changes.
- Negotiate contract terms and ensure agreements are favorable to the company's interests.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to leverage strategic opportunities.
- Prepare detailed reports on tender performance and provide recommendations for process improvement.
