Job Overview

The Biomedical Engineer (Female) position at Accure Medical Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time junior-level role based in Noida. This position requires a candidate with 1 to 3 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about designing medical devices and ensuring regulatory compliance while maintaining rigorous quality control standards. The role demands a proactive approach and enthusiasm in contributing to the advancement of medical equipment technology.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in medical device design with a strong emphasis on innovation and user-centric solutions. (Mandatory skill)
• Thorough understanding and experience with regulatory compliance to ensure all equipment meets necessary industry standards. (Mandatory skill)
• Expertise in quality control practices to maintain the highest standards in medical device manufacturing. (Mandatory skill)
• Knowledge of biomaterials, including their applications and performance characteristics in medical devices.
• Solid understanding of biomechanics to apply principles of mechanics to solve biological and medical problems.
• Proficiency in medical imaging technology and its applications in diagnostic and therapeutic devices.
• Experience in biomedical signal processing to interpret complex biological signals accurately.
• Ability to conduct clinical research to support new product development and improve existing devices.
• Understand clinical principles and product usage
• Understand and explain product benefits to clinicians and nurses
• Answer customers' questions (clinical and technical) on how to use the product
• Conduct device demos on patients; Collect usage data
• Train nursing staff on product usage, storage, cleaning, and troubleshooting
• Support the sales team to get feedback from doctors/stakeholders
• Service support such as troubleshooting
• Installing and calibrating biomedical machines, equipment, and software.
• Evaluating the safety, efficiency, and effectiveness of biomedical machines, equipment, and software.
• Maintaining and repairing biomedical machines and equipment, when needed. Providing technical support, when needed.
• Keeping up-to-date service histories on all biomedical machines and equipment

Roles and Responsibilities

Experience: 6 months -02 years

 Education: Bachelors in one of Nursing, BioMedical Engineering

 Strong communication and presentation skills

 Basic understanding of Physiology/Clinical terms and/or medical device technology (not mandatory)

 Experience of working in hospitals and communicating with Doctors (preferred)

 Being multilingual and having previous experience in ICU would be a plus.

• Design and develop innovative medical devices, ensuring functionality and user safety.
• Ensure all products comply with relevant regulatory standards and documentation requirements.
• Conduct rigorous quality control tests to uphold the excellence of medical equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs.
• Analyze the mechanical and biological properties of new or modified devices using scientific principles.
• Stay updated with technological advances in medical engineering to incorporate into current projects.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of clinical trials to validate product effectiveness.
• Develop clear and detailed reports on research findings and product performance metrics.
