We are looking for a Senior Software Team Lead to join our dynamic team in Panchkula. As a Software Team Lead at Accutech Infocom, you will oversee a team of developers, ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of projects. This is a full-time position that requires extensive experience in software development and team management.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in a leadership role within the software development industry, preferably in a senior position
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving abilities, capable of diagnosing and addressing complex technical issues
• Experience in team management, including task delegation, performance assessment, and motivating team members
• Effective conflict resolution skills to handle disputes within the team or with clients
• Proficient in PHP with a solid understanding of coding principles
• Exposure to full-stack development, including front-end and back-end technologies
• Must have a deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
