Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in data analysis to drive ecommerce strategies and decisions
• Knowledge of inventory management to ensure stock levels are optimized
• Understanding of payment gateway integration for smooth online transactions
• Strong skills in user experience design to enhance the customer journey
• Experience in supply chain management to streamline operations from order to delivery

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the company's ecommerce platforms to maximize sales and user experience
• Develop, implement, and oversee digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns
• Analyze customer data to identify trends, user behaviors, and areas for improvement
• Manage inventory and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability and timely delivery
• Ensure seamless payment gateway integration and troubleshoot any transactional issues
• Enhance the online shopping experience by implementing effective user experience design practices
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management, offering data-driven insights and recommendations
