JD FOR SOLAR SENIOR SALES MANAGER :- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solar Senior Sales Manager to lead our Core Sales team. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for driving the sales of solar EPC and services, managing a team of sales professionals, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the solar industry, proven sales leadership skills, and a track record of successful sales performance.
SKILLS / ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED :- - Proven track record of at least 4+ years in solar sales or a related field - Deep understanding of solar products, technology, and the renewable energy industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed for business purposes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:-
1. Sales Strategy and Planning: - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals. - Analysis market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and areas for growth. - Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives.
2. Team Leadership and Management: - Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback to team members. - Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team and take corrective actions as needed. - Foster a positive and motivating work environment to drive high performance and team collaboration.
3. Business Development: - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders. - Develop and execute effective sales strategies to generate new leads and convert prospects into customers. - Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the company's presence and customer base.
4. Sales Execution and Forecasting: - Oversee the sales process from lead generation to deal closure. - Ensure accurate and timely sales forecasting and pipeline management. - Work closely with the sales team to identify and address any potential obstacles to closing deals.
5. Customer Relationship Management: - Understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements. - Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and timely manner. - Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
6. Sales Performance Analysis: - Analysis sales data, trends, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. - Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior managemen
