ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY

- To generate new enquires.

- Technical clarification with clients if any

- Sending quotation to clients

- To communicate with key decision makers in the organization to inform them of the

orders

- Processing new sales leads.

- Providing data and reports to help the sales team

- Answering phone calls.

- Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients.

- Drafting customized proposals based on the requirements.

- Identifying new sales leads

- Pitching products and/or services

- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers.

- Developing quotes and proposals.

- Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company.
