Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Design Engineer to join our team at Accurate Powertech India Pvt. Ltd., located in Pune. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of work experience. The role involves working on comprehensive design projects related to power solutions, particularly in LT & HT Panel Design.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in LT & HT Panel Design (Mandatory skill) is crucial for this role.
• Extensive experience in AutoCAD for creating detailed electrical layouts and schematics.
• Strong educational background and practical experience in Electrical Engineering.
• Proven expertise in designing and executing LT Panel projects efficiently.
• Demonstrated ability in HT Panel Design, aligning with project requirements and specifications.
• Experience with Power Control Centers (PCC) ensuring optimal performance and compliance.
• Familiarity with Motor Control Centers (MCC) to design efficient control systems for machinery.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in design execution and troubleshooting.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute design solutions for LT & HT panels in line with industry standards.
• Use AutoCAD to draft and revise electrical schematics and layouts for projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate electrical systems into larger power solutions.
• Ensure all designs comply with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Oversee the production and installation of electrical panels to ensure design adherence.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the installation teams on-site.
• Continuously assess and improve design processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to incorporate innovative solutions.
