Title: SFDC AMS Support

Duration: 1 Year Renewable Contract with Accord Innovations

Location: Selangor, Malaysia

 

Requirements:

·       3 to 5 Years of min experience in SFDC Support.

·       Certification in SalesForce Administrator is preferred.

·       Experience in SalesForce integration knowledge with SAP and other system

·       Able to communicate well at all levels.

·       Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

·       Good documentation skills using MS Office applications.

·       Strong interpersonal skills: ability to work well on cross functional project teams and foster team commitment to tasks.

·       Knowledge in Platform App Builder / SalesForce Outlook Integration /SalesForce AppExchange is advantageous.

·       Ability to read basic Visual Force and Apex Code- is advantageous.

·       Fast learner and able to adapt to new tools and technologies


SFDC Functional Consultant

·       AMS Support:

Support the AMS Lead to manage AMS operation and resolve support tickets raised by client's business users across the region. Support Level 1 & 2 related tickets (Respond to inquiries, Resolve incident tickets & Problem Tickets, Fulfil service Requests, Solutioning, design, testing & implementation of change requests and projects, provide business process re-engineering study, etc)

a.     Take ownership of Tickets/ cases: Resolve and close Incident, Service Request & Problems adhering to SLA.

b.     Provide Initial assessment of the requests with their validity for the business and their match to Client Best Practice or other guidelines.

c.     Work with Business for test scenarios and develop test script for new functions.

d.     Perform Root Cause Analysis and propose permanent solution.

e.     Propose Counter Measures for Business Continuity.

f.      Create technical assessment of the method, work and time to implement for approval.

g.     Be responsible to deliver solution within the agreed SLA.

h.     Abide IT Policy, ISM Policy and be compliance to SOX.

a.     Reporting to superiors on timely basis and follow escalation procedures.

j.      Month End Support arrangement: Based on AMS Lead guidelines, support SFDC application during the month end closing period.
