Job Overview
Accentrix Solutions is seeking a Technical Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and solutions to our clients. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar technical support role
- Proficiency in Office360, Microsoft, Citrix, and VPN
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices
- Certifications in relevant technologies are a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to clients, troubleshoot issues, and find solutions
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software and hardware systems
- Collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide appropriate recommendations
- Conduct system performance evaluations and implement necessary adjustments
- Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and communicate effectively with clients
- Document technical processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
