Role: Vice President, Finance & Accounts

What are you expected to do?

Leading Finance & Accounts function by managing a team & working with consultants to deliver accurate, timely representation of business while adhering to statutory & regulatory reporting 

●     Accounting & Bookkeeping

○     Leading and managing end-to-end financial and accounting activities for the organization

○     Review accounting procedures in line with the Industry and create SOPs & frameworks for accurate & timely representation of the business of the Company in the books of accounts

○     Managing a team for day-to-day accounting on AP, AR, Bank

○     Managing closing of books on a monthly, quarterly & annual basis 

●     Finance Control

○     Reviewing & creating processes for streamlined revenue management & expense management

○     Reviewing & creating processes for tight cashflow management, including treasury management

●     Statutory & Regulatory Compliance

○     Periodic filing & review of statutory filings, including GST, TDS, PT, PF & any such filings

○     Working with consultants & creating in-house cadence for computation, filing, payment, reconciliation & readiness for statutory & internal audits  

●     Audit & Diligence

○     Completion of periodic independent financial and statutory audits

●     Budgeting & Reporting

○     Regularly maintain detailed reconciliations of all financial statements & MIS

○     Providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, forecasts and historical financials

○     Develop business dashboards, KPIs and plans for business visibility and financial growth, evaluating and managing risks

What are we looking for?

●     Prior work experience in Accounting & Finance for a minimum of 8-10 years

●     Proven experience as a Financial Controller / Head of Finance

●     Thorough knowledge of financial reporting, regulation and Compliance

●     CA Qualified

●     Experience reviewing financial data & identifying errors

●     Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

●     Ability to work with multifunctional teams & delegate work within the team

●     Excellent communication skills

●     Strong analytical skills and good level of knowledge on Excel
