Budget: 40 KPM.
Talent Acquisition Consultant (Contract) || 2-4 Y || Gurugram, Haryana || Early Joiner ||
Role & Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles within the organization.
Conduct thorough job analysis and create compelling job descriptions to attract qualified candidates.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on the hiring process.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including offer negotiation and onboarding.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Ideal Candidate
Minimum 1+ YOE in Recruitment
Must have experience in High Volume, Non-Tech and Bulk hiring (Sales hiring experience is highly preferred)
Completely Hands-On experience in Sourcing via Naukri, and other platforms
Strong experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools
Mandatory (Company) - Any Tech / Product Company ( B2C / Ed-tech / SaaS / Product / B2B )
