Role & Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain scalable and robust backend services, APIs, and databases.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (frontend engineers, product managers, and designers) to understand.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the backend engineering team.

Lead and contribute to architectural decisions, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.

Enforce coding standards and best practices through code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Contribute to the evolution and optimization of the overall system architecture.

Identify and address performance bottlenecks by optimizing code and database queries for speed and efficiency.

Investigate and resolve backend issues ensuring stability, security, and reliability of our systems Contribute to product.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor s or higher degree in Computer Science.

Proven experience as a senior backend engineer, preferably in a B2B SaaS startup.

environment Proficient in Python for backend development.

Familiarity with AWS, Azure, and GCP ecosystems.

Experience in leading and mentoring mission driven product engineering teams.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.

Familiarity with Django will be a plus.

Experience in building enterprise-grade B2B SaaS products will be a plus.

Mandatory (Education) - BE / B Tech in CS / IT from Top Tier colleges. (Tier 2 Colleges will be accepted if Candidate has seen good career growth / promotions)

Mandatory (Education) - Graduation should be between 2013- 2019 batch only.
