Overall, 10+ years of experience relevant to this position with at least 6+ years of consulting experience in the CX Domain.

• Demonstrable experience as a techno-functional lead on at least two large-scale full-life cycle implementations of Oracle CX Sales,, Service , Field Service Cloud Applications, with strong implementation expertise in at least two of the following is a must
• Sales
• Service
• Field Service Cloud
• Oracle Integration Cloud
• Visual Builder Cloud Services
• Visual Builder Studio
• Strong techno-functional skills in proposing, designing optimal solutions, including ownership of the overall solution for customizations/integrations on Oracle CX Cloud Projects.
• Prior hands-on experience in functional configurations and customizations in the following areas - custom objects, groovy scripting, assignment manager, workflows, triggers email alerts, Data Migration, OTBI Analytics etc.
• Advising and assisting business units in terms of related processes and focus on continuous improvement cycle of these processes by suggesting Industry best practices.
• Knowledge in Primavera is added advantage.
