Requirements

Extreme attention to detail, task and process discipline, and thorough documentation abilities.

Deep experience with operational ITIL principles including event, incident and problem management, SLA’s, uptime, and service restoral.

Minimum three years’ experience in a network operations role.

Experience in the telecommunications and/or IoT industry preferred.

Demonstrated expertise using, managing, and configuring network monitoring tools (e.g. Grafana, Logic Monitor, Solar Winds) with a deep understanding of event management frameworks.

Solid competency of network topologies, preferably mobile/cellular/wireless, network protocols, AWS cloud environment, OS, database structure, and application frameworks.

Strong English written and verbal communication skills.

Experience working with US companies and management teams.

Ability to work with cross-functional teams and interact at all levels of the organization.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Effective communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.

Technical certifications such as CompTIA Network+, AWS / Azure / GCP, Cisco CCNA, or equivalent are advantageous.
