Scope: You will work directly with the Founders, Product and Business leadership to define technical strategy and roadmap.

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Provide strong technical leadership, push the technical bar for scalability and quality, and maintain data and results-driven culture.

● Drive long-term architecture and development for highly scalable services with quality, performance, and maintainability as core tenets.

● Drive Collaboration across teams to deliver high-quality solutions from concept to release and live operations.

● Mentor the professional development of each direct report through personal and performance management.

● Be responsible for the group's technical strategy and roadmap - creating success metrics in close collaboration with other groups across the organization, and executing initiatives in an agile way.

● Initiate cross-functional (Product, Business, Operations) collaborations with development teams throughout client app and gather feedback and requirements.

● Ability to attract and hire top-notch Engineering talent for the organization.

Required Qualifications:

Total 8+ years’ experience developing and shipping software products with 5+ years of experience in very large-scale applications and 2+ years' experience in people management.

Hands-on manager with proficiency in various engineering tools, software, and methodologies, and be able to apply them to solve real-world problems.

Strong problem-solving skills, data structures, and algorithms.

Experience with distributed systems handling large amounts of data.

Excellent coding skills in one of the languages Python/Java.

Experienced in building distributed cloud systems (AWS, GCP, CI/CD, Kubernetes), RESTful API development, and optimization (HTTP life cycle management).

Very good understanding of Web Technologies, Databases and Data pipelines.
