Sales Manager /Business Development Manager from Cable Industries having 5 + Years experience in Wire & Cable manufacturing industry .of cable products:

• LT PVC / XLPE POWER CABLES

• LT PVC / XLPE CONTROL CABLES.

• LT AERIAL BUNCHED CABLES

• COPPER FLEXIBLE CABLES

• SERVICE CABLES/Flexi Cable


Role Description

This is a full-time Business Development Manager role in the cable industry based in Indore. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will collaborate with internal teams to design and implement effective sales strategies and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.


- Approvals

- Procurement of Orders.

- Material Quality Specification.

- New Market exploration & Development.

Requirement: - Knowledge of Special Cables

- Knowledge and contacts of special cables Buyes.

- Knowledge of Current Market Scenario & future scope of Special Cables

- Knowledge of Cable Export Market - Target Based Approach - Min. 5 years exp (Special Cable industry)


Qualifications

  • Prior experience in business development or sales roles
  • Develop and implement strategies for business development and sales growth in the cable industries sector.
  • Strong understanding of the cable industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
