Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to join our team. As a MEP Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) projects from start to finish. This is an immediate vacancy for a mid-level candidate with 4 to 6 years of experience. The job location is Pune, Maharashtra, India and the employment type is full-time.

Qualifications and Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience in MEP project management
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and processes
• Proven experience in project planning and execution
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and management abilities
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Professional certifications in project management or MEP are preferred
• Knowledge of building management systems, plumbing and piping, and structural engineering is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee MEP projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that all project requirements and objectives are met
• Prepare project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, and deliverables
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are followed
• Monitor and track project progress, ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget
• Identify and resolve project issues, risks, and conflicts
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and quality control records
• Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and standards
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and conducting regular project meetings
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
• Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget
