Job Overview

IT Manager/ IT Service Delivery Manager role with 7 to 10 years of experience located in Pune( Shirwal)

· Lead local IT Projects, including planning & deployment of the new IT systems &

services.

· Support Global projects roll out in India.

· Responsible for keeping the infrastructure in India Pharmapackaging sites up and running. Work closely with the necessary different IT Center of Excellence to ensure Infrastructure availability. 

·Work together with Nipro Europe IT team to ensure local requirements are included in standard processes.

· Ensure exceptional (internal) customer experience, excel in people management, establishing IT Services & SLA’s that align with Business strategy, streamlining IT processes, and interact with vendors for ensuring service delivery.

· Responsible for service delivery of Nipro Europe. 

· Support operations in Tally Prime environment with focus on continuous improvements. 

Qualifications and Skills

• 7-10 years of experience in IT management roles
• Proven expertise in Project Management and IT Infrastructure Management
• Strong leadership skills with experience in Team Leadership
• Proficient in Vendor Management and IT Service Management
• Solid background in Budgeting, Cost Management, and Strategic Planning
• Ability to identify and manage IT-related risks effectively

Roles and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Ø Monitor daily operations with regards to service desk. Propose projects to improve services to end users for Global level.

Ø Propose a generic CAB/ Change Management process and ensure all IT departments follow the CAB instructions. Coordinate the CAB (Change Advisory Board)

Ø Monitor local Infrastructure e.g. server hardware, network, software & operating systems. Pro-actively work together with the different IT Centre of Excellence to resolve any issue.

Ø SPOC for local business on any IT related questions, manage local IT budget and ensure customer satisfaction.

Ø Negotiate together with procurement team for Service Agreements with external providers.

Ø Management of CCTV surveillance system, Meeting Room VC devices and Telephone system.

Other Important Aspects:

• Solid infrastructure knowledge around Network (Fortinet, Cisco), Security and datacentres (VMWare, Veeam). Cloud knowledge (Azure) is a PLUS
• Vendor management to deliver excellent service delivery to end customers.
• Experience of working in Tally Prime environment is an asset and experience of working in ERP (SAP/Oracle/JD Edwards etc.) environment is ‘good to have.
• Graduate in any specialization with / Diploma/ Degree in Computer Science/ Hardware & Networking
• Good understanding of IT Environment & Functional business needs with 7 to 9 years of Experience.
