Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our client in the Hotel Industry at their Indore or Guna location. This mid-level, full-time role requires a candidate with strong skills in employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and strategic HR planning, among others. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing HR functions and contributing to organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong experience in employee relations, capable of fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Proven skills in recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees efficiently.
- Expertise in performance management to help employees meet and exceed their job expectations.
- Experience in planning and implementing effective training and development programs.
- Thorough knowledge of HR compliance and the ability to ensure that the organization adheres to legal and regulatory HR requirements.
- Excellent conflict resolution skills to manage and resolve workplace disputes amicably.
- Strategic planning capabilities to align HR activities with the overall objectives of the organization.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
