Job OverviewWe are seeking a Human Resources Executive to join our team in Bangalore. This is a mid-level, full-time position requiring a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various HR functions, including employee relations, training and development, recruitment, performance management, and more.
- Qualifications and SkillsProven experience in employee relations (Mandatory skill) with at least 3 years of experience in managing employee grievances and fostering a positive work environment.
- Expertise in training and development (Mandatory skill) involving the design and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Strong recruitment skills with experience in sourcing and hiring top talent across various levels and industries.
- Proficiency in performance management, including the ability to develop and implement performance appraisal systems.
- In-depth understanding of HR policies, ensuring they align with industry standards and company objectives.
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits frameworks to attract and retain top talent while ensuring internal equity.
- Experience in HR compliance, ensuring adherence to legal standards and mitigating organizational risks.
- Ability to resolve conflicts effectively, fostering a harmonious workplace environment.
- Roles and ResponsibilitiesOversee employee relations initiatives to resolve workplace issues and promote a positive working environment.
- Develop and implement training programs to upskill employees and improve overall organizational performance.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring the selection of high-caliber candidates.
- Administer performance management systems, including regular performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, updating them as necessary to meet regulatory standards.
- Design and manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive and fair remuneration.
- Collaborate with management to resolve employee conflicts and promote a cohesive work environment.
- Maintain HR records and prepare reports for senior management as required.
