Job Overview:
We are hiring a HR & Admin Manager for ABS INTERNATIONAL, a leading executive search firm based in Mumbai. As the HR & Admin Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions and managing administrative tasks. This is a full-time position located in Pune, Maharashtra, India. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of mid-level experience in HR and administration.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR and administration
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Experience in recruitment and staffing processes
- Familiarity with compensation and benefits administration
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach to work
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Experience with HRIS systems is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Conduct orientation and onboarding processes for new employees
- Administer compensation and benefits programs
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy
- Handle employee relations issues and maintain a positive work environment
- Manage performance appraisal processes and provide feedback to employees
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Implement and monitor HR metrics and suggest improvements
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Supervise day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations
