The ideal candidate will have between 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience in academic administration and university teaching, with a strong focus on educational leadership and program development.

Qualifications and Skills

• Academic Administration (Mandatory skill) - Proven experience overseeing academic programs and managing faculty.
• University Teaching (Mandatory skill) - Extensive teaching experience at a university level, ensuring high educational standards and student success.
• Student Affairs (Mandatory skill) - Hands-on experience in managing student activities, counseling, and fostering a supportive educational environment.
• Strategic Planning - Ability to devise long-term plans and strategies to enhance educational programs and institutional growth.
• Program Development - Experience in designing and implementing innovative academic programs that meet the evolving demands of the industry.
• Educational Leadership - Strong leadership skills to mentor and guide faculty and students towards academic excellence.
• University Lecturing - Capable of delivering engaging lectures and courses in computer engineering technology.
• Dean of University - Previous experience or knowledge in fulfilling the duties of a dean in an educational institution or university setting, focusing on holistic development and academic governance.
