Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Counter Staff for Catering QSR to join our client’s team in Pune and Mumbai. This is a junior-level, full-time position ideal for individuals passionate about customer service and hospitality. The role involves assisting with quick service restaurant operations, including counter service and customer interaction.
Qualifications and Skills
- Customer Service (Mandatory skill) – Provide exceptional service to all customers ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- QSR staff (Mandatory skill) – Experience working in Quick Service Restaurants, understanding the fast-paced environment.
- Counter Staff (Catering & Hotel management) (Mandatory skill) – Previous experience in hotel management or catering, handling counter operations.
- Cash Handling – Proficiency in managing cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Food Safety – Solid understanding of food safety standards and practices, ensuring compliance at all times.
- Communication Skills – Excellent verbal communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Food Management – Ability to manage food orders and kitchen inventory efficiently.
- Teamwork – Ability to work cohesively with the team to meet service objectives and enhance customer experience.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Greeting customers and taking their orders efficiently and accurately.
- Preparing and serving food items as per company standards.
- Handling cash, card, and other transactions, ensuring accurate accounting of all tills.
- Ensuring cleanliness and organization of the service area.
- Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality control policies.
- Assisting in the management of food supplies and inventory.
- Addressing customer queries and complaints in a professional manner.
