We are seeking a Business Head -Reefer Sales for Freight Forwarding & Logistic Company to join our team . This full-time executive-level position is based in Mumbai and requires a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will excel in strategic planning, market analysis, and financial management to drive the success of our reefer sales division." Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a business leadership role within the freight forwarding and logistics industry.
- Deep understanding of strategic planning and the ability to formulate and implement effective business strategies.
- Proven expertise in market analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and key market trends.
- Strong financial management skills to oversee budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics.
- Project management experience, with a track record of successfully leading and completing projects within budget and time constraints.
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively convey ideas, negotiate deals, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in problem-solving, with the ability to quickly address and resolve complex issues.
- Strong decision-making abilities, coupled with the capacity to make informed and timely business decisions.
- Solid negotiation skills to close deals and establish profitable partnerships.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive the growth and profitability of the reefer sales division.
- Conduct comprehensive market analyses to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
