We urgently hiring Assistant Accounts manager for repurted NGO at Hydrabad location


Job Overview


We are seeking an experienced Assistant Account Manager to join our team at Attear -Hydrabad, a leading NGO. As the Assistant Account Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in managing the financial accounts and transactions of our clients. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The ideal candidate should have 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in financial accounting and strong knowledge of balance sheets, management information systems, profit and loss management, goods and services tax, tax deducted at source, and account management.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proven knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices
  • Strong understanding of balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and management information systems (MIS)
  • Experience in handling goods and services tax (GST) and tax deducted at source (TDS)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office suite
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Assist in managing the financial accounts and transactions of clients
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets and profit and loss statements
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations
  • Conduct internal audits to identify financial irregularities and suggest corrective actions
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their financial goals and provide strategic advice
  • Monitor and manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Handle tax-related matters, such as goods and services tax (GST) and tax deducted at source (TDS)
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation
  • Coordinate with other departments and external stakeholders to resolve financial issues
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting regulations
